All of our hearing instrument specialists are based in our North Carolina office. We're happy to guide, troubleshoot, and advise, not just while you're choosing your hearing aid, but throughout your time wearing them. As a direct-to-consumer hearing aid company, we'll work directly with you!

Audiologist Advice

At Vivtone, we want you to be 100% satisfied with the hearing aid you choose. If you've had your hearing tested recently, send us your results. Our in-house audiologist will look at your hearing test and point you to the right hearing aid for your level of hearing loss.
